Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance user experience through standardization and component reuse, the contract Digital Product Manager will define and scale a design system across various digital platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely or in Memphis.

Key responsibilities

• Support and scale a comprehensive design system across multiple digital touchpoints, including websites and mobile apps
• Partner with product managers, UX, engineering, and analytics teams to identify shared needs and opportunities for component reuse
• Translate design standards into scalable, reusable component definitions and establish clear prioritization and roadmaps for development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise digital products or platform solutions
• Experience owning Design Systems, Component Libraries, or Shared Platform capabilities used across multiple product teams
• Demonstrated experience creating product roadmaps and translating ambiguous business needs into prioritized requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, UX, and Engineering to drive standardization and reusable solutions
• Experience leveraging product analytics, customer insights, or experimentation to inform prioritization and product strategy
