Leading the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a risk decisioning platform, the full-time Digital Product Manager will focus on platform modernization, ensuring scalability and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define the product vision and multi-phase roadmap for platform modernization, emphasizing resiliency and scalability
- Identify opportunities for modernization, including performance improvements and enhanced risk decisioning
- Develop detailed product requirements and lead platform roadmap planning, including change-management strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in payments, risk systems, or technology transformation
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with complex dependencies
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements
- Experience working in Agile development environments
