Job Summary
Transforming legacy IVR systems into modern conversational experiences, the full-time Senior Associate - Digital Product Management will lead design initiatives and product ownership, focusing on enhancing customer interactions through intuitive voice solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of the IVR experience, ensuring natural and human-centered conversational flows
- Own the IVR enhancement roadmap, using design insights to prioritize product decisions and improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to implement conversational designs and optimize user experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in conversational design, voice UX, or design-led product roles
- Strong hands-on experience with natural language understanding in conversational voice experiences
- Experience modernizing or redesigning legacy IVR or call-center experiences
- Ability to influence prioritization decisions in an Agile or iterative delivery environment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs
