Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of risk systems, the full-time salaried Digital Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to modernize risk platforms, manage product roadmaps, and enhance customer experience while addressing fraud and credit risk in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of risk system transformations in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Manage product roadmaps, customer experience, and process vision while capturing and grooming requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to develop analytical capabilities that minimize credit and fraud risk

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering, business management, or a related field
• Deep expertise in consumer or commercial risk management processes and systems
• Experience in product management or ownership, particularly in fraud management products
• Understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and experience managing competing initiatives
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
