Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform certification projects for payment products, ensuring compliance with AMEX specifications
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers to understand the certification and deployment process
• Provide consultancy to external customers regarding certification processes and tools

• Knowledge of payment/card industry technology
• Ability to understand and validate payment authorization and settlement specifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and resolve issues
