Digital Product Operations Associate

Job Summary

Managing connectivity projects, the full-time Digital Product Operations Associate will build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure successful transaction connections on the American Express Network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead connectivity efforts to facilitate customer connections and transactions
• Manage multiple connectivity projects, including supporting network implementation for card acceptance
• Represent the PPE team professionally to various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across business units
• Knowledge of connectivity technologies such as IPs, iVPN, and MPLS/Ethernet
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing 20-30 projects simultaneously
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork
