Digital Product Owner

Job Summary

Managing an agile backlog and prioritizing projects based on business needs, the full-time remote Digital Product Owner will identify UX/UI bottlenecks, implement A/B testing strategies, and facilitate cross-departmental project management to ensure successful and timely product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an agile backlog by balancing stakeholder feedback and prioritizing projects
• Identify and remediate UX/UI bottlenecks to enhance conversion rates
• Project manage across departments, acting as the primary contact with developers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management in an Agile environment, preferably in telecommunications or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience in software product management/ownership
• Strong understanding of web and mobile frameworks
• Experience with product/project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps)
