Digital Product Owner

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and optimization of mobile applications, the full-time remote Digital Product Owner will manage an agile backlog, enhance user experience, and facilitate cross-departmental project management to drive revenue and improve customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an agile backlog by balancing stakeholder feedback and prioritizing projects based on business needs
• Identify and remediate UX/UI bottlenecks to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers, championing features that enhance customer value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management in an Agile software development environment, preferably in telecommunications or mobile industries
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience in software product management/ownership
• Experience with B2B/B2C mobile applications and optimization
• Strong understanding of mobile application frameworks and experience with APIs and payment processing
