Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Product Owner to shape and execute a robust agenda supporting Group Benefits claimant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide enhancements to the service platform, becoming a subject matter expert for the Group Benefits claimant digital experience
• Deliver new, innovative online capabilities to improve the effectiveness of the online service channel
• Inform operating plan decisions through forecasting, trending, and benefit modeling activities for online enhancements implemented by the Digital team

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Agile Product Owner role
• Background in agile project delivery, specifically experience with all aspects of application development
• Strong experience with responsive/adaptive design principles
• Proven history of leading/informing business strategies to support channel growth/evolution
• Experience within the Financial Services sector, particularly group benefits insurance business models is preferred
