Digital Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements for digital experiences and capabilities
• Shape and shepherd digital experiences in the servicing mobile application
• Demonstrate an understanding of omnichannel experiences and the role of digital in customer journeys

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent and 8 years of experience in business process or a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in business process
• Experience with product and service design, agile practices, and data analytics
• Ability to drive the creation of products and features through an iterative test-and-learn approach
• Knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies
• Experience with cost benefit analysis and using results to drive business decisions
