Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Product Senior Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact digital products that support digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate digital strategy into actionable product roadmaps with clear outcomes and milestones
• Lead product discovery to understand user needs and integrate insights from research and analytics
• Manage and prioritize a balanced product backlog, incorporating new feature development and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years, or Master's degree and 5 years, or Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of Digital Product Management experience
• Proven experience as a T-shaped digital product leader fluent in business strategy and digital technology
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
• Experience in embedding AI-enabled and outcome-oriented product development practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and align stakeholders across functions
