Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Product Senior Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of high-impact digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate digital strategy into actionable product roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Lead continuous product discovery to understand user needs and integrate insights from research and analytics
• Manage and prioritize a balanced product backlog, incorporating new feature development and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 8 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Digital Product Management experience
• Proven experience in embedding AI-enabled, data-driven product development practices
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale product teams or product groups
• Experience translating product strategy and aligning stakeholders across functions
