Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Product Support Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Document customer contacts and details accurately using Salesforce
  • Perform basic investigative, troubleshooting, and triage procedures for escalated issues

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience working remotely preferred
  • Internet service with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
  • Understanding of various operating systems including Chrome OS, Mac OS, iOS, and Windows 10/11
  • Ability to navigate common browsers and perform basic browser troubleshooting
