Digital Product Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Digital Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the digital product strategy in collaboration with clinical and operations leaders
• Lead cross-functional product discovery and requirements definition to translate insights into clear product requirements
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization by recruiting, mentoring, and developing a strong team of product managers, analysts, and designers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive product leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in defining and scaling enterprise digital product strategies
• Proven experience leading product leaders within complex, matrixed organizations
• Executive level communication skills with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders
