Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support implementation of email campaigns and conduct quality assurance testing on digital production
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance and assist with website updates
  • Coordinate production of digital campaign collateral and ensure team communication
Required Qualifications:
  • Passion for nonprofit sector or fundraising work
  • Ability to project manage multiple digital components and meet deadlines
  • Competency with Google Suite or Microsoft tools and experience with data queries
  • Comfort working with email marketing platforms and familiarity with HTML
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools and communication platforms like Basecamp and Slack
