Digital Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Production Assistant, Sites & Apps (Temp).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather assets and use CMS to launch, maintain, schedule, and optimize digital platforms
• Troubleshoot sites and apps, escalating issues to relevant teams and QA fixes
• Assist Producers with executing sponsorship packages and QA sponsored content

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in streaming media or digital media
• Experience working in a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Drupal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Products and familiar with project management systems
• Some knowledge of SEO and AI tools
• A working knowledge of different streaming platforms and OTT devices
