Digital Products Manager
Job Summary
To support the development and scaling of digital educational products, the full-time Digital Products Manager will manage the product lifecycle of platforms such as Onyx and the Online Math Academy, ensuring alignment with the mission to provide equitable instruction for historically marginalized students while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap for core digital products, balancing feature updates with long-term scalability goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure high-quality instructional materials
- Implement agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management or EdTech-related roles
- Experience in driving complex projects within an agile/software development environment
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and LMS platforms, specifically Canvas
- Strong understanding of adult learning design and research-based instructional practices
