Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate employee experience programs that align with organizational objectives
• Manage the Digital in 30 training series, including content creation and event execution
• Monitor and evaluate employee experience programs to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement and/or digital learning
• Experience in digital content creation and program delivery
• Strong understanding of digital communication tools
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends
