Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Program Manager to design, implement, and manage their Customer Success strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive digital customer journey and segmentation strategy
  • Build and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Establish KPIs and optimize digital touchpoints through data-driven insights and A/B testing
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Digital Customer Success, or Marketing Automation
  • Proven expertise in managing complex automated multi-channel journeys
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Deep proficiency with Customer Success platforms or high-level proficiency in Marketing Automation/CRM platforms
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms and familiarity with Behavioral Science principles is preferred
