Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Program Manager (LATAM) to design, implement, and manage their Customer Success strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital customer journey and segmentation strategy
- Manage multi-channel digital campaigns to drive adoption, retention, and expansion

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or related fields
- Proven expertise in managing complex automated multi-channel journeys
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
- Deep proficiency with Customer Success platforms or high-level proficiency in Marketing Automation/CRM platforms
- Experience with digital adoption platforms is preferred
