Digital Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Digital to oversee complex digital programs and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital programs, including planning, execution, and closure
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to develop business cases and secure funding
• Oversee program governance, reporting, and maintain accurate program data in relevant tools

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience
• 3+ years supporting digital, eCommerce, ERP, Salesforce, or enterprise platform initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proficiency with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Adobe Workfront)
