Job Summary

Digital Program Manager oversees day-to-day operations of client social media programs, managing a team of social media managers to ensure program execution and client satisfaction in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of strategists to execute social media programs and monitor content performance
• Manage program operations, including budget tracking and collaboration with internal departments
• Produce client-facing reports, lead meetings, and maintain proactive communication with clients

Qualifications

• 4+ years of social media experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience managing social media accounts and client relationships
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies
• Experience with performance tracking and data analysis
