Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Project Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Paradox Career Sites and manage integration with Workday Recruiting
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for career site content
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and maintain project timelines while providing status updates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management or functional consulting
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from strategy to launch
• Experience with website content strategy and SEO
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of development environments
• Proactive approach to identifying project risks and communicating solutions
