Key Responsibilities:

• Directly support the Sr. Project Manager and project management team in guiding agency projects
• Maintain project management platform, coordinate project timelines, and provide client updates
• Create and update project documentation, prepare status updates for client meetings, and lead internal project meetings

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project coordination experience
• Experience with marketing project workflows
• People-first mentality and ability to work collaboratively
• Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills
• Availability for occasional light travel
