Digital Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the O&M Digital Project Coordinator will lead the translation of operations and maintenance requirements into scalable digital solutions, drive integration efforts across enterprise systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support implementation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the translation of operations and maintenance requirements into scalable digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
• Drive integration efforts across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to evaluate tools and support implementation strategies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with industrial IT systems or O&M-focused environments
• Hands-on experience with Aras PLM is required
• Proven track record integrating enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, EAM, or OT platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with lifecycle data or digital thread concepts is preferred
