Digital Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a digital risk mitigation team, the remote contract Digital Project Coordinator will manage compliance across digital customer experiences, oversee content reviews, and facilitate stakeholder sessions while executing a quarterly project schedule for numerous digital reviews and retirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a quarterly project schedule for digital eCommerce experience reviews and content updates
• Lead daily standups and facilitate sessions with compliance and legal stakeholders to ensure content compliance
• Track progress of reviews and maintain documentation to evidence compliance with governing controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management
• 2+ years of experience supporting digital or eCommerce customer-facing experiences
• 2+ years of experience planning and executing projects with multiple stakeholders
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
