Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead digital healthcare projects during a technical transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital healthcare projects, including planning, implementation, and post-launch support
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on Agile principles while maintaining product backlog

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in digital/technology projects
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile development teams
• Experience with healthcare technology implementations is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
