Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in managing digital projects, the full-time remote Digital Project Manager will oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring project scope, timelines, and budgets are met while leading discovery phases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track
• Lead the discovery phase with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps for alignment throughout delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
• Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals and scoping projects
• Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile delivery processes
• Fluent English at C1 level or above for effective client communication
