Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing expertise in customer success and growth, the full-time Digital Project Manager will plan and implement projects remotely, serving as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects at various customer work sites, coordinating activities of staff and subcontractors
• Serve as the primary customer contact, handling correspondence, updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage contract implementation using technical expertise and provide informal guidance to new team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP certification (or equivalent) with strong project management expertise
• Proven experience leading complex software implementation projects
• Hands-on experience managing SCADA, ADMS, EMS, or utility control center software projects
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
