Key Responsibilities

• Consults with hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate assessment
• Manages the full recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, and interviews
• Maintains data integrity in the talent acquisition system and develops tools for effective recruiting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Technical recruiting experience preferred
• 1-3 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Experience utilizing a talent management system
