Job Summary

Owning the operational layer of the Digital Reporter marketplace, the full-time remote Digital Reporter Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding for independent contractors, support engagement efforts, and assist with quality assurance workflows while building and maintaining an internal knowledge base.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding for new Digital Reporter independent contractors, ensuring smooth activation
  • Support engagement efforts by routing communications and executing retention touch points
  • Assist with QA workflows by reviewing reports and logging issues per established standards
Required qualifications
