A company is looking for a Digital Reputation Associate (Part-Time, Contract) to support their growing digital audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a multi-platform strategy for responses and proactive communications in digital spaces
- Monitor and respond to reviews and comments on various platforms
- Develop response best practices and guidelines for customer care teams
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant customer service and/or social media experience
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adopt the company's voice for digital communications
- Familiarity with CX and response tools
