Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Reputation Associate (Part-Time, Contract) to support their growing digital audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a multi-platform strategy for responses and proactive communications in digital spaces
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and comments on various platforms
  • Develop response best practices and guidelines for customer care teams

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant customer service and/or social media experience
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adopt the company's voice for digital communications
  • Familiarity with CX and response tools
  • Problem-solving skills and positive attitude
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, and lifestyle
