Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time hourly basis, the Digital Resolution Specialist will manage written inquiries from members, employers, and brokers, providing research, documentation, and resolution while adhering to turnaround times and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to written inquiries via web portal or email, providing necessary information and support
- Research, document, and resolve inquiries within outlined turnaround times, including claims status and benefit descriptions
- Assist with complaints and coordinate with the claims department for appeals and claim reviews
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some college education preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare-related work experience
- Experience in a customer service call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation
