Job Summary
Seeking a highly driven Digital Sales Account Executive, the full-time position will focus on identifying and closing brand partnerships, engaging Gen-Z audiences through innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with brand and agency partners across major verticals, particularly in Tech, Telco, and Gaming
- Develop and pitch strategic media and branded content proposals leveraging Wattpad's unique creator ecosystem
- Lead proactive outreach to clients, managing the sales process from cold introductions to deal closure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing
- Proven ability to independently prospect and close deals with direct clients and agencies
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, fandom culture, and the web-novel ecosystem
- A strong network across U.S. brands and agencies is highly preferred
