Job Summary
Driving digital growth for the Mars Pet Nutrition portfolio, the full-time Digital Sales Analyst will optimize content strategies, build operational tools, and conduct analytical deep dives to enhance digital shelf presence and performance, with regular in-office collaboration in Bentonville, AR.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize the end-to-end content process for improved discoverability and conversion on Walmart platforms
- Build digital scorecards to track KPIs and communicate actionable insights to the broader team
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify competitive dynamics, content gaps, and digital growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of CPG experience in eCommerce, data analytics, sales, or category management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven analytical skills with a natural curiosity for solving complex problems
- Experience building collaborative relationships across internal teams and stakeholders
