Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the part-time Digital Sales Associate will execute the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, managing contracts, pricing, and negotiations while driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Manage inbound sales leads and convert qualified opportunities into closed business
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to generate pipeline growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience
- Knowledge of HCM software or technology solutions preferred
- Proven track record of successfully promoting and selling products or services
- Strong aptitude for leveraging digital sales tools and technologies
