Digital Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the Digital Ad Trafficking Specialists, the full-time salaried Digital Sales Operations Manager will manage team activities, lead hiring and training efforts, and ensure effective campaign management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Trafficking Specialist team, including hiring, training, and daily operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot ad servers and ensure effective campaign performance
• Define best practices for operational processes supporting ad-supported streaming services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in ad serving platforms or ad trafficking
• Proficiency in Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, and other digital advertising vendors
• Strong understanding of various online creative formats (e.g., Javascript tags, Video/VAST)
• Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus
