Job Summary
Leading digital inside sales and customer service initiatives, the full-time remote Digital Sales Performance Manager will manage a team focused on inbound lead conversion, pipeline development, and improving customer retention through effective sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own inside sales revenue targets and improve lead response, quote conversion, and customer follow-up
- Manage and develop a digital inside sales representative and customer service agents to support customer inquiries and order needs
- Build and enhance the digital lead-to-order process, ensuring effective lead routing and follow-up standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service leadership, or related B2B sales roles
- 2+ years of experience managing or coaching a sales or customer service team
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce for lead and opportunity management
- Proficient in Excel for analyzing customer and sales data
- Experience with sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot
