Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Sales Representative to manage customer interactions and enhance sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 40-50 inbound customer calls/chats per day while maintaining service quality
• Complete monthly Brand Sales Trainings and adhere to assigned schedules
• Maintain customer records accurately in Salesforce.com and report inefficiencies during workflow

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced service role preferred
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
• Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat
