Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate live chat interactions to assist customers in completing SMB sales and navigating the web portal
• Provide personalized service options to help customers meet their waste/recycling disposal needs
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps to resolve customer escalations and maintain accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in using sales productivity software tools
• Ability to work remotely while utilizing standard office equipment
• Understanding of digital products to drive client results
