Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Sales Representative to manage customer interactions and drive sales in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats, averaging 40-50 interactions per day
• Complete monthly Brand Sales Trainings and maintain schedule adherence
• Log customer interactions accurately in Salesforce.com and report any issues encountered

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
• Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat
• Reliable internet connection and strong organizational skills
