Job Summary

To support customer engagement, the full-time Digital Sales and Service Representative will interact with clients through chat and email, providing sales consultations and exceptional service while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage multiple incoming customer chats and emails, providing timely responses and consultations on contact lens purchases
  • Proactively communicate with team members and management to ensure success in a virtual environment
  • Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per chat and customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
