Job Summary
To support customer engagement, the full-time Digital Sales and Service Representative will interact with clients through chat and email, providing sales consultations and exceptional service while working remotely from approved states.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple incoming customer chats and emails, providing timely responses and consultations on contact lens purchases
- Proactively communicate with team members and management to ensure success in a virtual environment
- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per chat and customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
- Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
