Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with customers through chat and email, the full-time Digital Sales and Service Representative will provide exceptional service and sales support while working remotely from approved states, managing multiple chats and emails concurrently to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 2-3 incoming customer chats simultaneously and respond to emails as needed, maintaining high performance metrics
• Consult customers on contact lens purchases and request prescriptions from eye care providers when necessary
• Communicate proactively with team members and management to ensure success in a virtual work environment

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and strong technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection with specified speeds and a private workspace
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset
