Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary

Empowering customer interactions, the full-time Digital Sales Representative will engage with clients through chat and email, providing sales consultations and world-class service while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently, totaling approximately 40 chats per shift
• Consult customers on contact lens purchases and respond to incoming emails and messages as needed
• Maintain high performance metrics, including sales revenue and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection with specified speed requirements
• A private, dedicated workspace free from interruptions
