Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Digital Sales and Service Representative will engage with customers through chat and email, providing sales consultations and exceptional service while managing multiple interactions simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently, aiming for high performance metrics in sales and service
• Consult with customers on contact lens purchases and respond to incoming emails or messages as needed
• Request prescriptions from eye care providers and maintain proactive communication with team members and management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in chat sales or contact centers
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection with specified download and upload speeds
• A private, dedicated workspace conducive to confidentiality and focus
