Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue, the full-time Digital Sales Specialist will respond to inquiries, engage potential customers, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely on a Central Time schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through digital channels, providing accurate information
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase process
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and identify trends to improve services
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a digital environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
