Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate live chat interactions to assist customers with SMB sales and web portal navigation
• Provide information and options to online customers to meet their waste/recycling needs
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of experience in customer service
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
• Technical proficiency with digital products and sales software tools
• Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
