Job Summary
To support customer engagement in a remote capacity, the Digital Sales Support Representative will facilitate live chat interactions, guide customers through the WM Web Portal, and assist in the sale and enrollment of company products while ensuring high levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Personalize interactions with potential customers and efficiently address web portal navigation questions
- Align WM products and services with customer needs through consultative selling and resolve customer escalations
- Utilize sales productivity software tools to manage customer interactions and prepare necessary reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Technical proficiency with digital products and sales software
- Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Experience in consultative selling and resolving customer issues
