Digital Services Engineer
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Digital Services Engineer will assist customers in maintaining the reliability and performance of their systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance solutions and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Help customers address technical problems in their server, network, operating system, software, or connected devices
- Collaborate with onsite engineers during site commissioning and system upgrades
- Research and recommend corrective measures for technical issues and ensure data integrity and system performance
Required qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Power Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience in software, hardware, networking, database, and system troubleshooting
- Knowledge of power and electrical systems
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with PowerSCADA/CitectScada or Wonderware
