Digital Services Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance digital services, the fully remote Digital Services Systems Analyst will manage operations of digital banking platforms, serve as the primary technical contact for vendors, and analyze data to improve member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of digital banking platforms, including administration and support ticket resolution
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for digital platform vendors, coordinating updates and enhancements
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving digital adoption and user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, systems analysis, or digital operations
• Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI or an equivalent business intelligence tool
• Experience managing digital platforms or vendor systems in a production environment
• Strong analytical capability to interpret trend data and build member segmentation models
